The NEO PI-3 provides a comprehensive approach to the assessment of adult personality and can be used in a wide range of business contexts, including:

The NEO Personality Inventory Revised (NEO PI-R) is a concise measure of adult personality based upon the five factor model (FFM) and prominent work of Costa & McRae (1985). The assessment embodies a conceptual model that distils decades of factor analytic research on the structure of personality. The NEO PI-R replaces the original NEO PI by adding the Agreeableness and Conscientiousness factors. The latest version with updated scales and items is the PI-3. The FFM can be easily remembered through the OCEAN acronym.

The Personal Insight reports split the results into four useful sections: problem solving and decision making, planning, organising and implementing, style of relating to others, and personal style. The Primary Colours Leadership report translates personality preferences into leadership potential based on the Primary Colours model of leadership (Pendleton & Furnham, 2012).
