The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) instrument continues to be the most trusted and widely used assessment in the world for understanding individual differences and uncovering new ways to work and interact with others.
It is used exclusively in a development setting to improve individual and team performance, develop and retain top talent and leaders lending depth to the coaching experience, improve communication and reduce conflict in teams as well as explore the world of work and careers.
Those who successfully complete the course will be accredited to administer, interpret and feedback the MBTI instrument (Step I & II). You will also be invited to join the Middle East MBTI Practitioners forum which is a free bi-annual learning and development event for MBTI practitioners to share experiences and continue to develop their skills further with the MBTI.
The course comprises of some pre-course reading and taking the MBTI questionnaire, home work and daily multiple choice assessments.

BPS Qualification in Occupational Testing
Formerly known as the BPS Level A&B (P), this 4-day course qualifies delegates to use a wide variety of ability tests and personality questionnaires from a number of major test publishers including Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company, psychometric products.
The qualification is internationally recognised demanding the best practice in the use of psychometrics at work, and is suitable for those involved in selection, development or any other application where psychometric assessments are useful. Upon successful completion of the course delegates will be able to become registered as an international Occupational Test User (Abilty and Personality), with the ability to administer, analyse and feedback a variety of psychometric tools including the Saville Assessment range of products. Upon successful application to the BPS, conversion courses to a number of further products will also be made available.
Pre-course work, reading and assessments are a requirement, two open book exams during the 4-day course and post course work, should you wish to apply to the BPS upon completion. Included in our pricing is one-to-one support with your post course work and free applications of the Saville Assessment Wave.

Assessor Skills and Centre Manager
This British Psychological Society (BPS) recognised 3-day Global Leader Assessor Skills and Centre Manager Course enables delegates to develop the knowledge and skills needed to become a qualified Assessor and Centre Manager in a range of typical Assessment Centre/ Development Centre events.It is designed for HR Professionals, management and non-management staff who are required to be part of an assessment function.
You will be shown how to select exercises and design a matrix for an assessment event to gain a robust measure of the behaviours at the level in question. We will also delve into the art of recording, classifying and rating behavioural evidence across a range of observable exercises including group exercises, role plays and analysis exercises / case studies and presentations. It will also instruct in the art of running an efficient and robust post centre ‘wash-up’ session and guide consistency and quality throughout an event.
There is no pre-coursework required. However, you can expect homework, an observed feedback session and a multiple choice exam at the end of the programme.

PAPI 3 Accreditation
This two-day interactive course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to understand an individual’s work-based personality and preferences. During the course, delegates will be introduced to the 26-scale PAPI wheel and explore this with the guidance of expert trainers. In addition to learning how to use the tool, there will be the opportunity to explore your own PAPI profile and practice managing effective feedback sessions with fellow delegates. Completing the course will certify you to use PAPI and provide access to the extensive range of reports that are available from the tool.
This course is approved by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and delegates have the option to be certified with the BPS to be accredited with the Test User Occupational Personality (TUOP) qualification.

Logiks Accreditation
Logiks is a suite of evidence based ability tests that help you accurately determine an individual’s cognitive capability. Practitioners are able to choose from a range of options to assess current and potential employees at all levels. Logiks delivers an intuitive participant experience, with simple administration and instant access to analysis. At the core of each test is robust science, so practitioners can be confident that their assessment of ability is fair, accurate and reliable every time.
Course overview
The two-day course will equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to administer ability assessments in line with best practice. You will benefit from a British Psychological Society (BPS) approved training course which provide you with the opportunity to become accredited with the Test User Occupational Ability (TUOA) qualification. The course will cover the fundamentals of Logiks and equip you with the knowledge and skills to use the Logiks ability suite tests. Not only will you delve deeper into the statistics and science behind ability assessments, you will also develop the skills to interpret and deliver ability test feedback using Logiks reports.

EIP3 Accreditation
Course Overview
This three-day course explores the meaning of Emotional Intelligence and equips practitioners with a thorough understanding of the reasons why their clients may be having difficulties in managing relationships, working efficiently or dealing with pressure and conflict. The training introduces PSI’s unique EI framework and explores the interplay between our attitudes, feelings and behaviours. During the course, delegates not only learn how to use the well-established EIP3 tool but also go through a series of interactive exercises to better understand their personal strengths and blockers to success. This course will provide access to the full range of EIP3 reports.

The Leadership Climate Indicator (LCI)
The Leadership Climate Indicator (LCI) is an organisational survey tool that measures the tone set by leaders within an organisation.
Drawing upon our expertise as global leaders in applied Emotional Intelligence, the LCI provides answers to the question “how does it feel to work around here?”
The Leadership Climate Indicator is completed by employees who assess the climate created by individual line managers, as well as the climate created by groups of leaders such as senior leadership teams. It provides a snapshot diagnosis of how the current leadership climate is perceived and experienced by employees. Comparisons across teams and functions enable the identification of leadership behaviours that are either contributing to, or hindering high performance.
Course overview
The Leadership Climate Accreditation is a one-day course that allows practitioners to understand and interpret the climate that prevails within an organisation. EQi 2.0 & EQ360
The EQi is particularly useful for development activity and in certain circumstances for selection. The EQi 2-day Accreditation Course enables those who complete, pass the post online assessment and conduct an observed feedback session, to become certified to use the EQi-2.0 model of Emotional Intelligence tools; both individual reports and 360 surveys.

Strong Interest Inventory

The Resilience Questionnaire™
Most, if not all jobs entail a degree of pressure. However, people differ from one another in terms of how they will respond to this. Resilience has been identified as key factor in determining how people adapt and, while the sources of such challenges may differ across contexts, how someone interprets and responds to these is vital to ensure that individual and organisational performance is maintained.
Stressors can take on many forms for an employee. For example, some people may experience pressure when their workload increases, an unsettling change takes place, difficulties arise in life outside of work, or where they experience a setback in a task that they are completing. Resilience can help people to adapt and deal with these situations in a positive way. For an employer, a resilient employee is one who can face difficult challenges and maintain high levels of performance. Whether the context involves a large number of small stressors or a single, notable stressor, selecting employees on the basis of their level of resilience, in conjunction with other criteria, can assist in identifying individuals who are likely to perform well even when faced with difficulties and challenges.

Brain Based Coaching Certification (ICF Accredited)
A fast paced, highly interactive programme recognised by the Association of Coaching UK, introduces the practical techniques to coach individuals for professional development. Real life case studies, group discussions, personal feedback and continuous practice are all used to build the framework for professional coaching skills. The workshop particularly focuses on the GROW model.
The workshop is designed to create an assured coach, confident to tackle work and behavioural issues and help their coachees achieve set goals. This includes:

- Tapping into people’s potential and their desire to succeed and improve.

FIRO Business
The FIRO-Business (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation - Business) instrument helps individuals understand their need for inclusion, control and affection and how it can shape their behaviour and interactions with others at work or in their personal life. As an integral part of your leadership and coaching, team building and conflict management initiatives, the FIRO-B assessment can be used in a variety of settings and in combination with other solutions to improve organisational performance. It provides the skills to administer and interpret the assessment competently and ethically.
