This two-day interactive course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to understand an individual’s work-based personality and preferences. During the course, delegates will be introduced to the 26-scale PAPI wheel and explore this with the guidance of expert trainers. In addition to learning how to use the tool, there will be the opportunity to explore your own PAPI profile and practice managing effective feedback sessions with fellow delegates. Completing the course will certify you to use PAPI and provide access to the extensive range of reports that are available from the tool.

This course is approved by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and delegates have the option to be certified with the BPS to be accredited with the Test User Occupational Personality (TUOP) qualification.

The PAPI accreditation is aimed at both independent and in-house consultants, HR professionals, L&D, Occupational Psychologists, Coaches and Hiring Managers.
