Ulrich and his team set about seeking to “simplify and synthesise” and leverage the work of established experts from across the leadership development field. In fact as they report, there are literally tens of thousands of leadership studies, theories, frameworks, models, and recommended best practices. Drawing on decades of research experience, the authors conducted extensive interviews with a variety of respected CEOs, academics, experienced executives, and seasoned consultants - and determined the same five essentials repeated again and again. These five rules became The Leadership Code.
The Innovative HR Solutions ‘Mastering the Leadership Code’ is a 5-part modular programme interspersed with a pre and post assessment, Executive Coaching and psychometrics to deepen self-awareness. There is also the opportunity to customise the programme to bring learning into the workplace through on-the-job individual and / or team projects. We have designed two levels; First-Line to Mid-Managers and Senior Leaders. The programme can be flexed to accommodate time and budgetary requirements as well as the opportunity to co-create projects to bring value to your organisation.
We have also launched the 2 day ICF-recognised Coaching Programme for People Managers, a highly practical workshop based on the GROW model to enable Managers to empower their people.
Lastly based on client demand, we have designed The Power of Trust; a high impact Leadership Programme aimed at fostering high trust teams to produce great results.
