Psychologist Bruce Tuckman first came up with the memorable model "forming, storming, norming, and performing" in his 1965 article, "Developmental Sequence in Small Groups." He used it to describe the path that most teams follow on their way to high performance. Unlocking the full potential of teams is critical to organisation performance. We have designed and implemented a range of powerful team development solutions and interventions aimed at increasing collective awareness of team success factors and enhancing the quality of communication and collaboration. We work with Boards, senior management teams as well as strategic business units who are attempting to raise their game, which are in the process of forming and storming, or undergoing change or indeed those that are in conflict. It is important to work together to achieve shared goals, resolve differences and appreciate others’ strengths.
