A recent study by Deloitte found that only 10% of companies are using analytics to solve talent challenges and only 4% are using analytics to predict and forecast future talent needs and outcomes. The majority of companies (84%) that use data only for reporting are at a significant disadvantage as companies that use HR data analytically have higher than average stock returns, more effective HR practices and more credible HR teams.
